Sugar related tips and information
• Sugar: It is important to this diet and for the rest of your life to realize that sugar is in nearly everything AND that staying away from it (added sugar) will help you live longer, stay leaner, and have a better disposition.
• On this diet, it seems that a little sugar wouldn’t hurt, but it will. Be careful not to add by mistake, as it will slow or stall your weight loss.
• Because this is an “open system” diet with the use of hCG, you are more susceptible to fats, starches, chemicals, and sugars and even a small amount can stop weight loss.
